MS Awareness Information Day

Everyone is invited to join us for a free Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Conference focused on connection, understanding, and support. Lunch included.
This year’s theme is Diagnosis, exploring the journey from first symptoms to finding answers.
We’ll be sharing real experiences through our campaign: “My MS Diagnosis” - because every story deserves to be heard.
Together, we’ll learn from individuals with MS, families, and professionals -building awareness, reducing stigma, and strengthening support.
Let’s stand with the MS community and raise our voices together.
Learning Disability Awareness Information Day

Join us for a free, all-day Learning Disability Conference, open to everyone. Lunch is included, and all are welcome.
The day will feature workshops, talks, and presentations led by individuals with learning disabilities, alongside organisations and professionals who work in the community.
Together, we’ll:
- Raise awareness of the challenges and achievements of people with learning disabilities
- Challenge stereotypes
- Promote inclusion, understanding, and respect
This is a space to listen, learn, and celebrate the voices and experiences of people with learning disabilities. Everyone is encouraged to take part and help build a more inclusive future for all.
Armed Forces Day
