Welcome to The Create Connect Centre!
At The Create Connect Centre, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to be creative, build confidence, and connect with others in a way that feels meaningful.
We provide inclusive, person-centred daytime and community activities for adults aged 18 and over who have a variety of support needs.
Our approach combines creativity, care, and collaboration encouraging individuals to discover their strengths, express their personalities, and develop new skills in a positive and supportive environment.
We understand that every person is unique, with their own interests, abilities, and aspirations. That’s why our programmes are carefully designed to meet individual goals, whether it’s developing confidence through drama, expressing feelings through art, or improving coordination and focus through music and movement.
Our team of experienced staff are dedicated to making sure every participant feels valued and supported. We aim to create a space where people can learn at their own pace, try new things without pressure, and enjoy genuine moments of success and achievement.
At The Create Connect Centre, we celebrate individuality, promote independence, and encourage community participation. We work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure that every individual’s experience is positive, empowering, and filled with creativity and connection.
