27th July every Monday and Tuesday - four sessions - Monday AM and PM and Tuesday AM and PM).
Each family can book up to 2 sessions per week. We will use our existing assessment forms.
NOTE: If following an in-house assessment we recognise a higher need of support have we got a permission to refer to Children and Young People Commissioning Team?
