Summer Provision.

Monday and Tuesday AM & PM sessions.
Tameside Council have commissioned Tameside Arts to deliver weekend group sessions for children and young people aged 8 – 17y with SEND.
Places are for those children and young people with either diagnosed / undiagnosed SEND needs who struggle to access mainstream activities.
Sessions are staffed at a 2 to 5 ratio and based at the Create Connect Community Centre in Denton. Activities include structured activities such as arts and crafts, music, drama, sensory activities, IT based learning, and social games. Tameside Arts can support up to 10 children and young people per group.
Each family can book up to 2 sessions per week. We will use our existing assessment forms.
NOTE: If following an in-house assessment we recognise a higher need of support have we got a permission to refer to Children and Young People Commissioning Team?
We will be running Summer Provision each Monday and Tuesday through Summer 2026.
Morning sessions run between 9am and 12pm and afternoon sessions between 12pm and 3pm.
